The Eternity line from 900 Global goes on! The new Eternity PI features the Reserve Blend 901 Solid reactive coverstock, finished at 2000-Grit Abralon. This formulation will provide max traction on heavier lane conditions.
Inside, the Epoch asymmetric core helps the ball roll earlier, creating a stronger overall hook.

The Eternity Pi represents a new option for heavy oil performance in the Global lineup. The ALL-NEW Reserve Blend 901 Cover with its 2000-Grit Abralon finish will provide you with great traction through the front part of the lane. Combined with the Epoch Asymmetric Core, this new offering will give you a heavy oil ball with a completely different motion than our other proven 900 Series heavy oil option, the Reality.
Strengths
The easy hook and the ability to dig into the lane so quickly are the biggest strengths of the Eternity Pi. We had no trouble creating plenty of hook across our test patterns.
Weaknesses
As strong as this bowling ball is, it had no chance of being used on our dry test pattern. We had way too much overall hook on this condition, even after adding polish.
Overall Summary
We saw the most overall hook to date from a 900 Global ball with the Eternity Pi. Everything about this ball is designed for hook, from its low RG and high differential core shape to its sanded solid coverstock. We had this ball earlier, smoother at the breakpoint, and with more overall hook compared to the Reality.
