Our ticketing system is convenient, clear and easy to use. Do you have a problem, tip or do you just need information, this can be done everything in our ticket system. We try to respond to a stand-up ticket within 24 hours.
Go to the dashboard in my account, on the left you will get a new menu in which you will find the ticket system. Create a new ticket, view old tickets and see responses to open tickets.
