What is Your Return Policy?
Are you not satisfied with our delivered product? We will solve this for you quickly.
When can you return an order?
- The product does not meet expectations
- The product is the wrong size
- The product is defective, damaged or incomplete
For the prompt processing of your return, please complete the form below as completely as possible and email it to [email protected]. You will receive a return number from us after which you can return the item completely and undamaged.

Do you want your money back?
Within 3 working days after confirmation of receipt of your product, we will refund the purchase amount to the same account number as you paid with. If the account number is unknown to us, we will contact you. Do you want to change your account number? Please contact us.
In case of visible traces of use, missing accessories or missing packaging, you are no longer entitled to the full purchase amount. In this case, you will receive a partial fee from us. This is always 75% of the original purchase amount. It is possible that the packaging of the product does not return to its original state. In this case, we do not bother and you will get the full purchase amount back.
Do you want to receive a new or replacement product?
After we have received your package, you will have the new product a day later.
Is the new product cheaper? You will receive any remaining amount on your account within 3 days.
Is the new product more expensive? You will receive a payment request from us for the remaining amount. After receiving your payment, we will send the product immediately.
If the product is not in stock, we will refund the purchase amount to the same account you paid for.

Submit a Warranty Claim ?
If you are dealing with a defective product, you should always contact us first. Based on the product in question, in most cases we can immediately give an indication of the further handling and the corresponding lead time.
Never return defective products without prior notification. When reporting defects, always keep the original order number at hand.
In the event of a defect, always send us an email with a described what the problem is and also try to send some pictures of the problem. We will start a warranty procedure with the manufacturer.

Report a Problem!
If you have received an item that is damaged and you feel that it needs to be returned please follow these simple steps:
- Email us at [email protected] with a description of the damage and photos of the item (and shipping box if it was damaged in shipping to you). Please include your order number and your telephone number along with the best time to reach you.
- It is the customer's responsibility to inspect merchandise and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if product is defective or damaged.
Complaints procedure
If you unexpectedly have a complaint about an item you have bought from our webshop, you can take a picture of it and send it to [email protected] stating the order number. We will try to assess this complaint based on the photos and let you know. As soon as we receive the complaint about an item or our services, we will contact you as soon as possible, but no later than within 2 working days, to discuss the solution with you.
General questions or complaints that have not been adequately resolved by customer service can be directed to [email protected]. You will receive a substantial response within 1 to 5 days.
Exchange a product
If, on reflection, you prefer to receive another product, it is always possible to exchange the delivered product for an alternative within 14 days. You can indicate on the return form which product you wish to receive as an alternative. Any price differences will be settled afterwards. The costs for returning are for your own account, but the new product will be sent to you free of charge.
14 days to change your mind
Cooling-off period/return
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product does not like it after all or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order anyway. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. Please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packed on a return.
Products that you buy through this webshop are custom made according to the specification you have entered. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The sale is therefore final after successful payment.
Product exchange?
Do you want to exchange your product? That's not a problem at all. You can contact [email protected] for this. However, you will bear the costs for returning the product yourself."

Accidentally passed on the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
Withdrawal Form
Money back Procedure?
After receiving your return, we will send you a confirmation of receipt in the form of a credit memo within 2 working days. This will state the returned products and the amount to be refunded by us.
Right of withdrawal / return
1. This article applies only if Customer is a natural person not acting in the exercise of his profession or business. Business Customers therefore will allow no right of withdrawal. Customer has the right Bowling Concurrent with distance contract within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product, without giving any reason, to terminate charge. The period begins on the day after the Customer, or a pre-designated by him third party other than the carrier, the product has received, or:
• in the same order as Customer has ordered several products: the day on which Customer or a third party designated by, has received the final product;
• if the supply of a product consisting of multiple lots or pieces: the day on which Customer or a third party designated by, has received the last shipment or the last part;
• the contract is for regular delivery of goods during a certain period, the day on which Customer or a third party designated by the first product has received.
2. Only the direct cost of the return shipment will be borne by Customer. Customer must therefore itself to bear the return cost. If these costs are higher than the regular postage, BowlingShopEurope gives an estimate of these costs.
Any fees paid by Customer for payment and shipping of the product to Customer will in return the entire order will be refunded to Customer.
3. Within the withdrawal period provided for in paragraph 1 Customer shall handle the product and packaging. Customer will only open the package and use the product only to the extent necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and performance of products. The assumption is that this inspection must not go over that Customer in a physical store would.
4. Customer is liable only for depreciation of the product that is the result of a way of dealing with the product beyond permitted in the preceding paragraph.
5. Customer may terminate the Agreement in accordance with paragraph 1 of the broadcast period prescribed in this Article by the model withdrawal form (digital) to BowlingShopEurope, or to make an unequivocal manner to BowlingShopEurope known that he renounces the purchase. 6. Already by Customer (forward) paid will as soon as possible but no later be returned to Customer in the same manner as that Customer has paid the order within 14 days after termination of the Agreement. If Customer has opted for a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, BowlingShopEurope does not need to repay the additional costs for expensive
Unless BowlingShopEurope offering the product to collect, BowlingShopEurope must wait to repay BowlingShopEurope receive the product or demonstrate to Customer that he has returned the product, whichever is earlier.
